Getting Motivated…


When you are feeling a bit low or, worse, depressed, it can be very difficult to motivate yourself. 
Let’s see some techniques to overcome inertia and apathy:
  • Do something positive; take some action, no matter how small, just by acting you will elevate your mood to finally feel the pleasure of achievement and the end of feeling hopeless.
  • Make a plan, you might find it helpful to plan your day, make a list of the things you have to do and the ones you would like to do.
  • Make your plan realistic but also as enjoyable as possible.
  • Reward yourself for every task you complete.
  • Don’t fill your plan with only hard work!
  • Spend time with people who like you and care about you.
  • Do things that you enjoy or that make you feel good.
  • Do things you are good at.
  • Always do what you believe is right.
  • Be true to yourself and your values.
  • Respect other people and treat them right.
